The team is very experienced and professional in discussing the design you want for the deco, from theme to colour, and all the professional advice they can provide. Though the dinner was at 6.30pm, they started deco in the morning and make sure everything is in place before they leave. They even stay there to discuss with the host and venue PIC and rearrange the reception tables, gallery stand, and walkway flowers if needed.
